After an upgrade, can I go back to the free or accessible version of teams?

No, there is no going back once you upgrade and convert your free account to a paid account. It simply means that you can’t revert to the free version using the same email address. Because now your current email address is no longer associated with a free account. You need to create a new free account with a new email address (both for the admin and each user) to use the free version again.

What is the difference between Skype for business and Personal Skype?

The Skype for business accounts works differently than the Personal Skype account. The former will use the Active Directory credentials while the latter works on the individual’s Skype ID.
