“DirectDeals,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DirectDeals, LLC and its affiliates. “You” and “Customer” refer to any person or entity using the Site or purchasing from us.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Users under 13 may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Orders, Pricing, and Availability.

All orders are subject to acceptance by DirectDeals. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Final pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

Payment

Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation. DirectDeals retains a purchase money security interest in all products sold until full payment is received. We may apply any payment to any outstanding balance you owe us.

Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We provide tracking for physical shipments. Electronic delivery products are sent to the verified email address you provide. International shipping is available only by special arrangement.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy varies by product type. Please see the dedicated Return Policy page or contact support for current details before purchasing. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Certain products (including opened software, activated licenses, CSP, and ESD products) are non-returnable or subject to restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit at our discretion. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Asset Management Service (AMS)

For products requiring manufacturer registration, you will receive a questionnaire after purchase. If the required information is not provided within the stated timeframe, the license may be placed into our Asset Management Service (AMS) for compliance and safekeeping. AMS is provided free for the first 60 days. After 60 days, an administrative fee may apply for continued management. We will make reasonable efforts to remind you. Failure to provide information does not relieve you of payment obligations. Chargebacks after AMS activation may result in administrative fees.

Product Images and Visual Representations

Images on the DirectDeals website, including those for hardware, software packaging, and accessory listings, are intended to help customers identify and understand the products offered. Some of these images are produced using artificial intelligence generation tools, especially when manufacturer photography is limited or when showcasing new configurations. While AI helps present products in a timely way, the resulting visuals do not always reflect the precise appearance of the item you will receive.

Size, color, finish, and even minor design features can look different in person than they do in an AI-rendered or enhanced image. Factors such as your device's display settings, ambient lighting, and normal production differences between units all contribute to these variations. We work to minimize obvious mismatches, yet we cannot eliminate them.

The most reliable information about any product comes from the written specifications, feature lists, and compatibility notes that accompany the listing. These details, along with information supplied directly by the manufacturer, govern what is being sold. Images remain secondary and illustrative.

Customers who need exact visual confirmation for reasons such as matching an existing color scheme in a server rack or verifying the layout of I/O ports on a motherboard before purchase should contact our team for clarification or additional reference material. Early questions prevent later disappointment.

Your continued use of the website and the placement of any order constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the terms of this section. You understand that images, whether AI-generated or not, are for guidance only and do not create any warranty regarding the exact visual characteristics of the products we sell. DirectDeals will not be responsible for any differences in appearance between the images shown and the products actually delivered, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that all content is error-free and reserve the right to correct errors, including pricing errors. Our return policy remains the primary avenue for addressing product issues that fall within its scope.

Warranties and Disclaimers

All products are sold “as is” except as expressly stated. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Manufacturer warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Some manufacturers may limit warranty coverage to authorized resellers. DirectDeals is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DirectDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
