Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that you never pay more for the same verified license from a trusted source. If you find an identical product offered at a lower price by an authorized reseller, we’ll match or beat that price, while maintaining our standards of authenticity, compliance, and lifetime customer support.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:
Identical Product
- The product must be the same edition, version, and license type (Retail, OEM, Volume, CSP, etc.).
- The delivery method must match (digital license, instant download, or physical media).
- The manufacturer part number (MPN) must be identical.
Authorized Seller
- The competing offer must come from a verified, authorized reseller of the manufacturer.
- Offers from auction sites (eBay, etc.), marketplaces (third-party listings), unauthorized resellers, or private sellers are not eligible.
Current Public Offer
- The lower price must be publicly listed and verifiable at the time of the request.
- Expired promotions, coupon-only discounts, or pricing errors do not qualify.
Valid Documentation
Customers must provide either:
- A direct link to the competitor’s live product listing, or
- A dated written quote from the authorized reseller showing the lower price.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, please email support@directdeals.com, chat online, or call (800) 983-2471 with the following information:
- Your name and contact information.
- The DirectDeals product SKU or link.
- The competitor’s product link or quote.
- The advertised lower price.
Our team will review and verify the information, and if the product qualifies, we will provide a matched or better offer.
Exclusions
The DirectDeals Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Unverified, unauthorized, or “grey-market” software sellers.
- Refurbished, open-box, or used products.
- Bulk or volume license agreements negotiated separately.
- Flash sales, clearance events, or promotional bundles.
- Typographical or pricing errors on competitor websites.
- Products sold outside the United States.
Additional Terms
- Price matches are approved at the sole discretion of DirectDeals, LLC.
- DirectDeals reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the competitor’s offer before honoring a price match.
- Approved price matches cannot be combined with other promotions, coupon codes, or rebates.
- Once a price match is issued, the purchase must be completed within 48 hours to remain valid.
- DirectDeals reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
